This might be a dumb question, but what’s L1?
Which mission is it from? When did it leave the Lagrange point? I read that the final Saturn V stages tended to crash into the moon after loitering at a Lagrange point; could anyone who knows orbital mechanics tell me if that would be deliberate or just the default thing?
