Which mission is it from? When did it leave the Lagrange point? I read that the final Saturn V stages tended to crash into the moon after loitering at a Lagrange point; could anyone who knows orbital mechanics tell me if that would be deliberate or just the default thing?
This might be a dumb question, but what’s L1?

Incredible how counterintuitive orbital mechanics are for the laymen’s eye.
Kinda looks like a drawing of a flower.
It’s amazing no one really knows about this

Crazy how close we are to be hit and Everyone still goes about their day normally so oblivious to our surroundings.
