This is a rendering of a myosin protein carrying a vesicle along an actin filament that makes up the cytoskeleton. Although this is how neurotransmitters are transmitted in the synapse, it’s not only for endorphins but any chemical transport.
Also, I believe in the full video, this vesicle is shown to be made during clathrin mediated endocytosis.
